In the role of Product Design Lead at Banco XP, I had the responsibility of overseeing various areas of digital products, including XP Credit, Transfers, Payments, Pix, and the complete journey of banking services within the application. All these initiatives were guided by stringent criteria and validations through usability tests, concept analysis, and continuous identification of opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
Furthermore, by leading research projects, we were able to identify a new semantic structure, leading to the revision of customer relationship journeys. These initiatives aimed not only to meet but to exceed the expectations of our clients, ensuring a more efficient, intuitive, and personalized digital banking experience.
